I am in Massachusetts but not at the library and the databases are asking for a library barcode

While we are only able to update IP addresses for libraries, you may be able to enable location services in your browser so that the authentication for databases can detect that you're located in Massachusetts.
You can temporarily enable location services on your computer so that the databases will be able to determine that you are in Massachusetts.
