Step 1: Application
There are two ways to apply to BiblioTemps via our Job Board:
- Apply to a specific position.
- Apply to our candidate pool. We will then reach out to you as we receive new placement opportunities in your area.
Step 2: Screening
We will conduct a screening interview with you and contact your references.
Step 3: Library Interview
We will submit your resume to the library. If the library would like to interview you, we will inform you and coordinate the scheduling.
Step 4: Hire
The library will make the final hiring decision and we will coordinate the details. If you accept a position through BiblioTemps, you will be an at-will employee of the Massachusetts Library System.
