Q. Access to databases isn't working on my Chromebook

We have noticed that some users experience occasional problems accessing the statewide databases on Chromebooks. 

We are still investigating this issue, but have so far not zeroed in on a permanent solution.

For now, clearing the cache on the Web browser seems to fix the problem when it occurs. 

Here are Google's instructions for clearing the cache for the Chrome Browser:
