Access to the databases isn't working on my Chromebook

Chromebooks may have different configurations, which makes access to the databases challenging to troubleshoot. Here are a few things to check:

1) Be sure that you're using the correct links for your school/library (check here). 

2) Clear the browser cache: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?co=GENIE.Platform=Desktop&hl=en

3) Check to see if the Chromebook has location services enabled (this is so the geolocation authentication will work): https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/142065?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop. You may need to speak with your school/library's Chromebook administrator if this is not a setting that you can change on your own.
