Where can I get my usage statistics for statewide databases?

You can view your library's usage statistics at large via our statistics page: http://guides.masslibsystem.org/databases/statistics.
If you need more detailed usage data, contact the relevant vendor from the contact information listed below.
They will work with you to create monthly and annual reports.
Special note: if your library uses the EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS), contact Gale directly to make sure that you're receiving any additional usage data that's generated by using EDS.
