There may be an issue with either your URL or your external IP address.
All of your individual database URLS should start with > http://libraries.state.ma.us ... <
If they do not, you can access your library’s custom links here.
If all your links are correct, there may be an issue with your external IP address. If your IT Dept. or Internet Service Provider changed your IP address, it may be showing as non-Massachusetts location.
Ask your IT staff to find out the range of IP addresses for your library’s computers.
Or use > www.ipchicken.com < The big blue number on the screen is your external IP address.
