As the admin for your school, you have access to all of the titles in the collection, even if the content access level for your school is set differently. Your school's adult faculty and staff will also have complete access to the collection, regardless of content access level settings.
If you want to test what your students are seeing for content, use a student account to log into the collection (Sora) to make sure that students are set for the appropriate content access level.
