Hi there!

That is a tricky situation, but you can fix it in Axis 360 administration.

1. Login to your library's Axis 360 administration site.
2. Choose Settings.
3. Choose Patron Management.
4. Find your patron.  (Searching by part of the barcode usually works well.)
5. Click on View Details (the "i" button) next to the patron.
6. Click on the book and choose return.
