All our candidates participate in a screening interview with BiblioTemps staff when they join the candidate pool. We offer candidates the choice of conducting this interview over the phone or in a virtual meeting. If requested, we can also accommodate in person interviews.
The screening process is completed with each candidate before they are submitted for a position at a library. This process includes the screening interview and reference checks.
