The size of our candidate pool will vary depending on the time of year, job market, and economy. While we have a database of nearly 2,000 job seekers in the library field, we estimate that only 10% - 15% of these individuals are open to new employment opportunities at any given time.
Our candidate pool currently consists of library workers located throughout the New England Region with varying levels of experience and special qualifications.
